Dave Lee (@trifitphysiosg) is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Physiotherapy and a previous degree in Sport Science. Prior to working as a medical professional, Dave spent six years working in the health and fitness industry. He also has qualifications in sports massage and APPI matwork pilates. A wealth of experience under his belt in a variety of fields combining roles in private practice and sport, Dave was a senior NHS physiotherapist and had stints in Cardiff City Football Club Academy and the South Wales Scorpions Rugby League. During this time Dave developed proficient skills in strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

Dave excels in treating clients from a variety of backgrounds including those at elite level returning to sport, amateur athletes participating in recreational exercise to individuals whose day-to-day function is limited by pain. He finds meaning in empowering patients to aim towards goals they previously may have thought were unachievable. 

Believing that health is a complete state of physical and psychological well-being combining fitness, mindset, sleep and diet, Dave has been an avid athlete throughout his life. Starting out in football, he went on to complete multiple half marathons, the London Marathon and several cycling sportives. In recent years this has led to a natural transition into triathlon. He had also completed the Bintan Ironman 70.3 and finished with an overall time of 04:48:46.
