Yue Hong originally got into powerlifting in the gym to lose weight and develop strength. After getting treated for knee and back injuries during National Service, he became passionate about rehabilitation, not only to rebuild strength to pre-injury level, but also to master various ways of pursuing higher performance levels while preventing injury.
He loves supporting clients through their fitness and rehab journey – from helping them achieve their personal goals, to celebrating their improvement and growth, and finally watching them go on to pursue higher standards of fitness post recovery.
With good people skills, a positive attitude and an empathetic approach, Yue Hong loves working with all kinds of athletes – particularly powerlifters who are looking to get stronger while preventing injury.
