Kai has been active in sports from a young age, with a background in athletics, hockey, and a lifelong passion for cycling, from road and gravel to mountain biking. His structured fitness journey began in 2016 in preparation for enlistment, and he has maintained consistent training ever since.
Kai focuses on helping clients improve their quality of life through small, sustainable changes and healthy habits that compound over time. He believes that consistency and belief are more important than drastic transformations, and that effective coaching makes the journey enjoyable and achievable. Known as an “unseriously-serious” trainer, Kai blends structured programs with a personable approach, creating a balance of results-driven training and a positive, engaging environment.
He has extensive experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients and is looking to expand into athlete-focused training. Kai is committed to educating clients and believes that learning from the process is as important as the outcomes, ensuring every program is both safe and effective.
