Dean Ahmad

Since co-founding the company in 2011, from early bootcamps in Fort Canning Park to a multidisciplinary team today, Dean has shaped UFIT’s strategy, operations, and culture to deliver trusted, long-term results.

Before stepping into the CEO role, he led UFIT’s central functions across marketing, finance, HR, and operations, building the systems that support multi-site delivery and consistent client experience. A qualified personal trainer with NASM (PES) and  (CES) credentials, Dean blends hands-on coaching insight with commercial discipline. He champions UFIT’s Circle of Care, where coaches and clinicians collaborate around one plan, measured by re-tests and real outcomes.

Dean studied 3D Fine Arts at LASALLE College of the Arts before pursuing sports science. Today, he leads UFIT’s next chapter with a clear mandate: To be Singapore’s leading health and fitness provider, grounded in trusted care, results, and community.
