Dean
For Dean, the more he runs, the more he believes the finish line isn't what changes you, it's the process of getting there. As a runner and physiotherapist, Dean knows injuries are more than physical, they interrupt goals, confidence, and the joy of doing what you love.
Since taking up running in 2024, Dean has completed his first marathon in 3:53, with injuries and missed goals along the way that taught him progress isn't always linear. Those lessons shape how he treats runners today. He works with runners of all levels, from first-5km beginners to PB-chasing marathoners, and also helps with ACL rehab, persistent low back pain, and a range of musculoskeletal injuries.
His approach: hands-on treatment to ease symptoms, strength training to build capacity, and education to help you manage training and recovery with confidence. Whether your goal is a pain-free first run or your next PB, Dean would love to help you enjoy the process.
