Team of Experts with Optimal Results

We offer more than just solutions for your injury or pain. Through UFIT's integrated Circle of Care, you gain access to our team of expert podiatrists and other healthcare professionals, bringing together a vast range of experience and knowledge to achieve optimal outcomes for your foot and lower limb health.

Our 4-Step Process On Your First Visit

1. Detailed History and Assessment

We take a whole-body approach to musculoskeletal health, starting with a clear understanding of your background, lifestyle, and any areas of concern. From there, we look beyond just the feet and observe how your lower limbs function as a whole, including movement patterns, alignment, circulation, and nerve response. This helps us build a more complete picture of what may be influencing your comfort and mobility.

2. Advanced Technology

We use cutting-edge diagnostic tools to get real-time insights into your soft tissue, joints and structures to provide a fast and accurate diagnosis.

3. Detailed Report

Post-assessment, you will receive clear and comprehensive reports detailing our findings. This will allow you to make informed decisions on your treatment plan.

4. Treatment Plan

Together with you, we formulate a comprehensive and personalised treatment plan that suits your goals and preferences.

Advanced Technology We Use

UFIT Podiatry is known for its use of advanced clinical technology, including Zebris pressure plate gait analysis, in-house 3D-printed custom insoles, and ISMST-certified shockwave therapy, offering a level of diagnostic and treatment precision rarely found in a single podiatry clinic.

Gait Analysis Treadmill

Podiatry clinic - Gait Analysis with client
We use the innovative Zebris Instrumented Treadmill with high speed video capture. This allows us to carry out comprehensive, dynamic gait analysis.
UFIT Podiatry 3D printing custom insoles
We use cutting-edge technology to create custom 3D-printed insoles entirely in-house, ensuring higher quality, greater customisation, and no added laboratory fees. Most insoles are ready within 2 to 5 business days in Singapore.
Podiatry shockwave - Heel focal shockwave treatment
Our podiatrists are certified by the International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment (ISMST) for Focused and Radial Shockwave Therapy in Singapore. Clinically proven to be effective for Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinopathy, shockwave therapy offers a non-surgical treatment option.
Podiatry - Pact Med
We use Photodynamic Anti-mycotic Therapy (PACT) to treat fungal nail infections.
podiatry - foot heel scan
Diagnostic Ultrasound Scanning (DUS) help us get real time insights into soft tissues, joints and structures such as Achilles tendonitis, Plantar fasciitis and Bunion pain.

Frequently Asked Questions About Podiatry Services

Do I need a referral to see a Podiatrist?

No referral is needed to book a private podiatry consultation in Singapore. However, some insurance policies may require one for claims, so we recommend checking with your provider beforehand. If you have a referral, please inform our team when booking and bring it to your appointment.

How much does a podiatry consultation cost in Singapore?

At UFIT Podiatry, an initial consultation starts from $260 for 30 minutes, or $360 for a full 60-minute session. Review consultations start from $180. Book online and save $20 on your first consultation (T&Cs apply). For prescription devices, 3D-printed custom foot orthotics start from $980 per pair, and Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy sessions start from $300.

View our full price list here.

What should I bring to my initial podiatry consultation?

Bring any relevant scan results, test results, or referral notes from your GP or healthcare professional to allow for a thorough history review. We also recommend bringing footwear relevant to your daily activities, such as running shoes, school shoes, or sports boots, as these can provide valuable insight during your assessment.

How long is a podiatry appointment?

A typical podiatry session usually lasts around 60 minutes. However, the duration may vary depending on the patient’s condition and specific requirements. Our team takes the time to assess each individual’s needs thoroughly, to design comprehensive and effective care tailored to their unique circumstances.

What is sports podiatry in Singapore and who is it for?

Sports podiatry focuses on diagnosing and treating foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions that affect athletic performance. It is suitable for athletes, runners, and anyone experiencing movement-related lower limb pain. Through gait analysis, custom orthotics, and targeted treatment plans, our sports podiatrists help you recover effectively and return to activity with confidence.

Can I bring my child for a podiatry assessment even though they don't have pain?

Absolutely! Podiatry assessments for children, even without apparent pain, are highly beneficial and our team is highly experienced in assessing children's lower limbs. Early intervention can help identify and address potential developmental or biomechanical issues that may impact your child's foot health in the long run.

Is my child too young for a podiatry consultation?

No, your child is never too young for a podiatry consultation. At UFIT Podiatry, we specialise in assessing and caring for the foot health of individuals of all ages. Even in the absence of specific concerns or pain, early podiatric consultations for young children can help detect and address potential developmental or biomechanical issues.

How is a podiatrist different from an orthopaedic doctor?

A podiatrist specialises exclusively in the foot, ankle, and lower limb, offering non-surgical, biomechanical, and rehabilitative care in Singapore. An orthopaedic doctor covers the broader musculoskeletal system and is trained in surgical intervention. For foot pain, gait concerns, lower limb injuries, a podiatry specialist at an accredited clinic is often the most direct and appropriate first point of contact.

Do you offer direct billing with Insurance?

UFIT Podiatry does not currently offer direct billing services. However, we are recognised by all major insurance providers. Our services operate on a self-pay basis, and patients are required to settle payments directly at the time of service.

For insurance claims, we provide all necessary documentation, and patients can seek reimbursement from their insurance providers according to their policy terms. Feel free to contact us for any additional information or assistance in this process.

Do podiatrists perform surgery?

Our podiatrists are qualified to perform various surgical procedures on the foot including minor nail surgeries for ingrown toenails and plantar wart removals. We specialise in using non-invasive techniques to optimise recovery and ensure patients have minimal downtime so they can get back to doing the things they love quickly.

How can podiatry help with sports injuries?

Sports podiatry addresses the underlying biomechanical causes of athletic injuries, not just the symptoms. Custom orthotics in Singapore, footwear recommendations, targeted exercises and sports physiotherapy in Singapore are used to restore function, improve stability, and support a safe, confident return to sport.

Are podiatry treatments covered by insurance?

Coverage for podiatry services can vary depending on your specific insurance plan and provider in Singapore. Many insurance policies do offer coverage for medically necessary podiatry treatments, particularly when addressing specific conditions, injuries or chronic illnesses like diabetes.

It's advisable to check directly with your insurance provider to understand the extent of your coverage, including any referral requirements, co-payments or limitations for consultations, treatments and custom orthotics provided by a podiatry clinic.

*Terms & Conditions:
- Valid for first time patients who have made prepayment at least 24 hours before the appointment
