Daniel
Daniel joins the UFIT team with a passion for helping people move freely and confidently. With 8 years experience as a physiotherapist, he brings a wealth of knowledge treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries; from post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and other general musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Daniel's approach is collaborative and patient-centered. He listens closely to understand his patients' goals and concerns before carrying out a detailed objective assessment. He tailors each treatment plan according to the individual, and utilises both objective data and subjective information to track progress. Daniel’s treatment often involves a combination of strength, control, mobility, and balance exercises, alongside other modalities such as dry needling, taping, ultrasound, and shockwave therapy when needed.
Motivated by his own experiences with injuries and how pain can result in worries and anxiousness, Daniel is dedicated to empowering his clients to get back what matters to them the most, be it daily activities or sports and physical activities. He champions a holistic view of health and wellness, believing that taking care of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being is key to taking control of your recovery, and living life to the fullest.
