Adonis
Adonis’ fitness journey began in the pool as a competitive swimmer, before moving into weight training at 17 and later discovering CrossFit, which he has pursued for the past three years. Alongside running, completing a half marathon, and competing in two HYROX races, his motivation has always been to push himself, get stronger, and take on new challenges.
For Adonis, fitness is about far more than aesthetics, it’s about feeling healthy, confident, and full of energy to take on life’s challenges.
As a trainer, his strength lies in his ability to connect with clients on a personal level while delivering tailored, results-driven programs. He takes the time to understand each person’s unique goals and challenges, ensuring every plan is effective, sustainable, and engaging. Drawing from his background in CrossFit, swimming, and running, Adonis specialises in hybrid and functional fitness - helping clients get stronger, fitter, faster, and healthier, so they can thrive in all aspects of life.


"Νους υγιής εν σώματι υγιεί" - this translates to in order to have a healthy mind, it's important to have a healthy body. The idea that physical and mental wellbeing are connected.

- Standard First Aid with CPR + AED - Accredited by Singapore Resuscitation and first Aid Council
