Simon isn't your average personal trainer. A former competitive tennis player with a passion for American Football, his love for sports and strength and conditioning training fuels his dedication to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals.
Simon believes in truly understanding his clients in order to support them. He listens attentively to their goals and designs personalised programs to help them get sustainable results. Witnessing his clients' progress and growing confidence is what motivates Simon the most. He loves coaching people from all walks of life, but specialises in helping racquet sport athletes elevate their performance on the court.
