Kok Hong
Kok’s journey into physiotherapy began with a passion for sports and movement. Through both clinical training and his involvement in activities like rowing, kayaking, rock climbing, dragon boating, and badminton, he developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. He focuses on helping people understand their bodies, move better, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
With experience across diverse clinical settings, Kok works with musculoskeletal conditions, spinal injuries, and active individuals. He takes a holistic approach, considering movement habits, lifestyle, and load management to create practical, individualised rehab plans.
“We do not just live through things, we live through the way we see them.’’
