Malcolm
Malcolm is a personal trainer who discovered his love for strength training while training for volleyball. He later explored powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting and values the confidence and discipline that come from getting stronger.
For Malcolm, fitness means freedom and being able to do anything without physical or mental limitations. He’s currently working toward a 260kg deadlift while keeping training sustainable.
Calm and supportive, Malcolm focuses on building clients’ confidence, keeping cues simple, and making the gym an enjoyable, approachable place. He loves helping clients realise their potential and develop habits that make training rewarding long-term.
Malcolm specializes in barbell strength work and excels at guiding beginners and building solid foundations for future progress.
