Tryphena has always been active and competitive - from playing volleyball and sprint kayaking in school to serving as an Infantry Regular, where she built a strong foundation in strength and conditioning under the Soldier Fitness Centre. These experiences shaped her approach today: focused, structured, and grounded in teamwork.
As a coach, Tryphena believes in helping clients realise their potential, especially when they doubt themselves. Her philosophy is centred on sustainable fitness, not quick fixes. She believes that being fit and healthy means moving freely, living without pain, and maintaining a balanced, consistent routine that fits into everyday life.
Tryphena specialises in functional and strength training, running performance, and injury rehabilitation (under professional prescription). Whether you’re starting your journey or looking to level up, she’s committed to helping you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence.
