Alex
Alex played semi-professional rugby and competed at a high level in Rugby 7s, developing a deep passion for competition and pushing physical limits from a young age. Over the past eight years, he has overcome four major surgeries, shaping his approach to fitness and fuelling his drive to explore new challenges, including marathons and HYROX. For Alex, being fit and healthy means continually testing boundaries, moving well, and embracing new experiences.
As a trainer, Alex works with clients of all levels, from elite athletes to complete beginners and busy professionals, helping them become stronger, fitter, and more confident in their movement. He is known for making training enjoyable and engaging, blending hard work with fun to keep clients motivated and coming back.
He loves creating a supportive environment for clients where strength, health, and confidence grow together.
“The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.”
