Naz’s journey into fitness began as an air pistol shooter, where she realized the need to improve endurance, strength, and stability to perform at her best. This sparked a deeper passion for training that continues to drive her today.
Naz focuses on helping clients feel stronger and more capable every day, emphasizing both physical fitness and mental resilience. She believes that building a fit body is inseparable from developing a strong mind, and that true empowerment comes from understanding and mastering one’s own body.
Known for her commitment to listening, Naz designs personalized programs that educate clients on effective ways to become healthier and stronger. She specialises in functional full-body training, focusing on core stability and total-body strength, an approach suitable for both athletes and the general population.
She has a particular passion for empowering women through strength training, highlighting its importance for long-term health and vitality.

- CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach)
- Active iQ Level 3 Personal Training certified
- Fitness coach certification from National Olympic academy of Iran
