Kino
Kino came to fitness the same way most of her clients do, not through a lifelong passion, but through a turning point. The pace of her former career had taken its toll, leaving her feeling physically sluggish and mentally uninspired. When the pandemic hit, virtual workouts with friends became an unexpected reset, quickly growing into a full exploration of movement: strength training, CrossFit, even running. Her energy improved, her mindset shifted, and aches she had accepted as normal began to fade. Getting genuinely stronger, even later in life, is what inspired her to step into coaching full time.
Today, Kino works with clients who want to feel better in their bodies, whether that means getting started for the first time, finding consistency, or simply moving without pain. She is also a certified pre and postnatal coach, supporting women through one of the most demanding chapters of their lives. Her sessions are upbeat and lighthearted, but don't be fooled, Kino is known for reminding clients that they didn't show up to do easy things.
Her focus is always long-term wellbeing, helping people build strength, move with confidence, and develop habits that carry them well beyond the gym.
Khai is a personal trainer with a background in competitive rugby who got into health and fitness through his love of sports. He picked up rugby when he was 16 and have been playing for Wanderers RFC for over 10 years. A personable coach who value-adds his services to busy working dads through habit-based coaching, Khai believes that understanding change psychology will bring further effectiveness into his clients' training program, especially their time outside the gym.
The social stigma of being an overweight kid hit him hard when he was a child and Khai is determined to never allow himself to fall back to a low level of confidence ever since. As a big part of his life's purpose, he now draws fulfilment in helping his clients transform into their better selves.
Khai recently picked up Muay Thai to keep himself motivated to train regularly and you would see him with the occasional Nasi Briyani on his cheat day.
“As a founder, my days are filled with an endless to-do list, so carving out time for myself is never easy. What I appreciated most was that every session left me feeling like I had achieved something, regardless of how hectic the rest of my day had been. She had an incredible ability to read the room. On the days she knew I could push harder, she challenged me and helped me do more than I thought I was capable of. On the days I arrived tired, overwhelmed, or running on empty, she met me where I was and looked after me without judgment. Her approach was exactly what I needed…encouraging, patient, and supportive. There was never any shouting, pressure, or guilt. Instead, she gently and consistently pushed me forward, always with a smile and genuine kindness. If you’re looking for a trainer who understands that life happens, knows when to challenge you, and makes you feel stronger and more accomplished after every session, I couldn’t recommend her more highly."
