Charmayne
Charmayne’s passion for physiotherapy stems from two things she’s always loved – sports and helping people. From her early days in solo sports like track and field to team sports such as netball and ultimate frisbee, she became fascinated by how the body recovers and performs. This curiosity eventually led her into physiotherapy and Pilates, where she could help others move better, recover stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.
With experience ranging from pre- and post-natal clients to athletes, seniors, and individuals with special needs, Charmayne brings a patient, adaptable approach to every session.
Outside the clinic, Charmayne’s personal fitness goals are to achieve her first muscle-up and complete HYROX without injury. For her, being healthy means much more than physical fitness, it’s also about good sleep, hydration, and sustainable daily habits.
Whether she’s guiding a new mum through safe strength training, helping an athlete return to sport, or supporting a client in rediscovering their confidence, Charmayne is committed to empowering every individual to realise they’re stronger than they think.

"Embrace delayed gratification."
