What should we wear for sports team building activities?

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire and appropriate closed-toe sports shoes that allow for a full range of movement. Bringing a water bottle is also highly recommended to stay hydrated throughout the session.

For teams who have signed up for our tennis programs, smooth-soled tennis shoes are ideal to ensure optimal grip and support. We can provide tennis rackets and balls.

What happens if a team member cannot participate in a certain activity? Our programs are highly flexible and our instructors are experienced in offering modifications or alternative exercises to ensure everyone feels included and can participate at their comfort level. The focus is always on team spirit and positive engagement, not mandatory participation in every single activity.
How far in advance should we book our team building session? To ensure availability and allow ample time for customisation, we recommend booking your team building session at least 2-4 weeks in advance. For larger groups or specific dates, booking further ahead is advisable.
