What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is an immersive wellness experience that combines guided breathing techniques with multi-layered sound and coaching. Sessions integrate elements such as paced breathing, music, and guided awareness to create a structured, full-body experience.

This approach goes beyond traditional breathwork by combining sensory input and intentional breathing patterns to support relaxation, focus, and emotional processing. The result is a deeply engaging session designed to influence your physical state, mental clarity, and emotional awareness.

What to Expect in a UFIT 9D Breathwork Class

Each class runs for around 1 hour 45 mins and is thoughtfully designed to guide you through a unique and transformative experience:

Introduction

The session begins with an overview of 9D Breathwork, instructions on conscious connected breathing, and gentle warm-ups for the mind and body.

9D Breathwork - What To Expect - Breathwork
The Breathwork JourneyYou’ll lay down, put on an eye mask, and listen through headphones to an immersive audio track. With activation breathing, guided vocal coaching, and prompts, the experience takes you on a powerful inner journey.
9D Breathwork - What To Expect - Reflect
Closing and Reflection

The session concludes with time to gently return to the present, reflect on your experience, and journal your thoughts. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and with newfound clarity.

For the first time I did a 9D breathwork class ran by Ellie Cheale and it was an amazing experience!

This wellness practice originated in Bali and is combination of meditation, deep breathing techniques and sound healing. I've done sound baths and breathing workshops previously but this was like nothing I'd done before.

For me, I truthfully felt that it helped me release stress, tension, and emotional baggage. Whilst, at first, it was a bit disconcerting feeling my body cramp up, I chose to embrace it and it ended up having a really enlightening and uplifting experience.
