Cara empowers women, especially mums, to build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. Specialising in prenatal and postnatal fitness, she helps busy women prioritise themselves, move well, and feel strong at every stage of life.
Being in her 40s and a mum of two, Cara understands the real challenges of balancing motherhood, shifting hormones, and changing bodies. She’s especially passionate about helping women to get stronger, move better, and thrive through life transitions like perimenopause, menopause, and those “why-is-my-back-doing-that?” moments.
As a certified Rehab Trainer with a lifelong love of sport and personal experience rehabbing a UCL elbow tear and knee issues, Cara is dedicated to helping clients move pain-free and enjoy the activities they love. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, chasing little ones, training for an event, or simply living well, she’s here to support you.
