Samuel
Samuel's love of sport started young, playing academy football and competitive sprint canoe. That early spark for training and team never faded, it grew into a full-blown passion for fitness, and later, coaching Olympic weightlifting in the UK.
Today, Samuel's own goal is simple: stay robust and athletic. He believes being fit means building the physical and mental engine to do what you want, when you want, how you want, and being healthy means fuelling your body right to live well, day to day. He brings this same structure and accountability to every client, whether they're learning weightlifting technique, chasing a new personal record, building off-season strength for their sport, or working through pain and mobility issues. Samuel specialises in off-season strength, because the bigger the base, the sharper the sword when it's time to perform.
What Samuel loves most is watching clients build autonomy, developing the strength and confidence to take their health into their own hands. He has a proven track record helping athletes and everyday clients alike break through plateaus, right when they feel stuck. His clients know him for leaving no stone unturned on technique, right down to predicting their PRs before they hit them.
Khai is a personal trainer with a background in competitive rugby who got into health and fitness through his love of sports. He picked up rugby when he was 16 and have been playing for Wanderers RFC for over 10 years. A personable coach who value-adds his services to busy working dads through habit-based coaching, Khai believes that understanding change psychology will bring further effectiveness into his clients' training program, especially their time outside the gym.
The social stigma of being an overweight kid hit him hard when he was a child and Khai is determined to never allow himself to fall back to a low level of confidence ever since. As a big part of his life's purpose, he now draws fulfilment in helping his clients transform into their better selves.
Khai recently picked up Muay Thai to keep himself motivated to train regularly and you would see him with the occasional Nasi Briyani on his cheat day.
"Today is a gift, that's why it's called the present."
