Personal Trainer

In 2017, Matt followed his passion for sport and training by beginning a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science. During this time, he played many sports including Lacrosse and American Football. He then went on to work in Personal Training and later completed an MSc in Applied Sport Science.

Matt’s philosophy is centred around gaining good movement quality first then progressively adding load. He has a strong interest in return to play protocols post injury and enjoys helping people live a more pain free life. He also loves helping clients achieve their ‘firsts’ when it comes to training.

As a British Weightlifting Level 2 coach and with a strong understanding of injury rehabilitation, Matt specialises in strength and conditioning and thoroughly enjoys helping clients incorporate weightlifting into their training.
