Do you provide nutrition guidance with personal training?
Yes. Our Foundation, Ignition, and Pre/Post Natal programmes incorporate nutrition consultations and active management throughout. Your personal gym trainer works closely with our in-house nutritionists to ensure the nutrition guidance you receive complements and supports your training goals.
Are there expiry dates on the personal training packages?
Yes, each personal training package comes with a validity period to help you stay consistent and on track. Our team will inform you of the specific duration upon sign-up, and we will be happy to discuss flexibility where needed.
What happens if I don't get through all my programme sessions in the validity period?
We understand that life can get busy! If you are unable to complete all your sessions in time, you have two options available:
- Freeze your programme: You can freeze your programme for up to four weeks if you're travelling, unwell, or unable to attend. Simply email ptsubscriptions@ufit.com.sg to request a freeze.
- Roll-over sessions: You can carry over up to 4 sessions if you purchase your next programme within two weeks before your current one expires. Unused sessions outside of this window will otherwise be forfeited.
Can I use multiple locations as part of my programme?
Yes, you can. You will begin at your preferred location with your primary coach, but you are welcome to visit any UFIT location for additional 1-on-1 services, such as nutrition consultations or physiotherapy, as part of your programme.
