That's why we designed a comprehensive, personalised, and data-driven program that takes away the guesswork to ensure you get the best possible results for your investment. A program as unique as you are, designed to get you to where you want to be.
We use actionable, objective data on your health & fitness to create a training plan specifically tailored to you, ensuring results you can be proud of.

What's included in the program?
In order to make effective, sustainable change to your health and fitness, fitness should never be looked at in isolation. That's why our Ignition Program takes a holistic approach, incorporating multiple key components of health.

Your body composition tells a powerful story about your health and fitness. By tracking key metrics like skeletal muscle mass and body fat, we ensure you’re working towards optimal health and performance. We take these measurements using our InBody Scanner at three critical points: the program's start, midpoint, and end. Maintaining healthy levels of muscle and fat isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling great and reducing the risk of long-term health issues.

Your heart, lungs, and metabolism are at the core of your fitness. By assessing your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 Max, we get valuable insights into your cardiovascular fitness and energy use. Testing is done at the beginning of the program, so we can understand your baseline and create a personalised program based on the results, and at the end to assess the progress you've made.

An important step in your journey is objectively assessing how well your body moves and performs. Using advanced technology, we carry out a series of tests to measure your strength, power and movement efficiency, providing actionable insights into your physical performance. Testing occurs at the beginning of the program, so we can understand your baseline and create a personalised program based on the results, and at the end to assess the progress you've made.


This is the core component of your program. Based on your goals, one of our experienced coaches will design a personalised PT program for you, leading weekly sessions at one of our hub locations.

Alongside weekly Personal Training sessions, you'll have unlimited access to all the classes we have on offer, including mobility, cardio, strength, power and tennis burn. Your coach will recommend which classes best complement your program and goals.

"My post-partum Ignition program with Cara has been the most rewarding and enjoyable experience! Cara is a very friendly, encouraging and professional fitness trainer who not only taught me at a pace I was comfortable with, but also challenged me along the way to increase my strength and grit, working towards my fitness goals in a gradual but tremendous manner. My form has been corrected thru the weekly sessions and the weights training have been very helpful in my post-partum recovery. Meet a UFIT fitness professional at one of our hubs for a complimentary 45-minute health and fitness consultation. We will set your goals in place using the effective 1-3-5 method, which will leave you feeling motivated to get started.
Once you’ve committed, we will share your goals, needs and health metrics with your chosen personal trainer and book you in for your initial assessments. Once completed, we will provide you with a comprehensive report detailing your results & next steps.

The Ignition Program has a 12 week expiry from the date of your first session.
The 12-week Ignition Program is a fixed price. You will have to pay for this upfront, however you can use Atome to pay in installments.
You are matched with your PT on the following criteria:
- Your goals
- Your preferred training style, for example you might prefer strength-based barbell work, a more functional style, or more cardio-based workouts
- Your availability
- Your trainer preference, for example you might prefer a male or female personal trainer
Don’t worry if you’re not sure about some of these - we will walk you through all these steps in your health consultation!
You can use any of our locations as part of the 12 week program. You will start at your preferred location with your primary coach (PT) who will do your programming for you, but you will potentially have to travel to our Club Street hub for your Metabolic & Cardiorespiratory assessments.
Yes of course, however this is not included in the program. If you need to see one of our Physios or health clinicians, you can speak to the front desk to make an appointment for an additional fee.
Unfortunately the Ignition Program is just available for 1-1 clients.
