We're all about longevity here at UFIT, which means we won't be putting you on a low fat diet or asking you to completely cut out carbs in order to get short term results. Instead we help you implement healthy, sustainable habits. 

What's included in the program?

Here's everything you'll get during the 10 week program. 

Personal Training with client
2 PT Sessions Per Week (20 total)

Based on your goals, one of our experienced coaches will design a personalised PT program for you, leading 2 sessions a week at one of our hub locations. 

Nutrition Education-1
3 Nutrition Sessions & Active Management Throughout Our registered Nutritionist will support you throughout the 10 weeks with 3 in person or virtual nutrition consultations, and direct communication via our coaching app.
Lisa indoor Class
Access To Unlimited Classes

Alongside 2 Personal Training sessions a week, you'll have unlimited access to all the indoor and outdoor classes we have on offer, like mobility, cardio, strength, power and tennis burn. 

Khai Vo2 Max Test
A V02 Max or RMR Assessment

Our Exercise Physiologist will guide you through a comprehensive V02 Max Fitness Test or a Resting Metabolic Rate Assessment to help you understand where you are in your current health and fitness and how you can improve.

To help set benchmarks and measure your progress throughout the 10 weeks, we recommend doing an in-body assessment at the beginning, middle and end of the 10 weeks. However these are not compulsory.

I bought the 10-week ignition programme after a very thorough intake, during which Ufit truly tries to find out what your goals and pitfalls are. After that, I started with an analysis by a Physiotherapist because I had an injury. He discussed his findings and recommendations with my personal trainer, which really gave me the confidence that I'm doing to train in a way that benefits the injury as well.

I got matched to personal trainer Ashley, who is amazing! She really knows what she's doing, motivates and pushes me through the training, and makes it FUN to exercise for the first time in my life! I also received 3 consults with Ellie, the nutritionist. She really altered her advices to my needs - so we didn't just talk calories :-) My main issue was that I was always thinking of food... and Ellie learned me that (1) that's okay! I just need to pick smarter food (which still taste good) whenever I think of food, and (2) a way more holistic approach to food: together, we figured out that my 'problems' might stem from my lack of focus on everyday life, so Ellie advised me to try meditation, breathwork, fun food-challenges, etc.

I've been training at the One North location, and I really like that it's a private gym and every person is working with their own trainer 1-on-1... which means to me that there are no intimidating people who eyeball you if you're doing an exercise wrong. Very safe, personal and welcoming atmosphere!

Overall, I would recommend everyone to give it a try and treat yourself with a programme at Ufit. It's absolutely more than worth the money :-)
Ufit really exceeded my expectations, would recommend 10/10! I did the ignition program and the holistic approach of Ufit allowed me to meet my fitness and health goals in a sustainable way with great support from the team throughout the entire program.

My 10-week post-partum PT Ignition program with Cara has been the most rewarding and enjoyable experience! Cara is a very friendly, encouraging and professional fitness trainer who not only taught me at a pace I was comfortable with, but also challenged me along the way to increase my strength and grit, working towards my fitness goals in a gradual but tremendous manner. My form has been corrected thru the weekly sessions and the weights training have been very helpful in my post-partum recovery. I am especially appreciative of the immense efforts that Cara put into tailoring the training routine that target the areas where I needed to build strength in, especially after the delivery process. Not only were gym sessions effective and energizing, the home exercises that she crafted have also helped me in sustaining an active fitness lifestyle and have helped with my mobility. Even as the program came to an end, Cara also designed a series of workouts that I could do on my own at the gym, which I am looking forward to embark on as I continue on my journey of recovery and fitness. I am also very glad for the holistic experience of the Ignition program in which I was given one-to-one coaching sessions with Ellie, Ufit’s in-house dietitian who guided me in making sustainable lifestyle changes to my diet. Meet a UFIT fitness professional at one of our hubs for a complimentary 45-minute health and fitness consultation. We will set your goals in place using the effective 1-3-5 method, which will leave you feeling motivated to get started. 



Once you’ve committed, we will share your goals, needs and health metrics with your chosen personal trainer. They will then design a highly individualised training program, recommending which other UFIT professionals you should see as part of this, based on your specific needs.

Get onboarded onto the UFIT coaching app and start your personal training program with your chosen coach. We will check in with you every 12 sessions to track your progress and ensure you are on the way to achieving what you set out to.

The Ignition Program has a 10 week expiry from the date of your first session. 

Can I freeze my program? You may freeze your program once during the 10 week program for up to 4 weeks. If you are traveling or sick, this is the best option for you. Simply email to request a freeze, and they will handle the back end admin for you.
Can I pay as I go?

The 10-week Ignition Program is a fixed price of  $3,700. You will have to pay for this upfront, however you can use Atome to pay in installments. 

Can I choose my personal trainer?

You are matched with your PT on the following criteria:

- Your goals
- Your preferred training style, for example you might prefer strength-based barbell work, a more functional style, or more cardio-based workouts
- Your availability
- Your trainer preference, for example you might prefer a male or female personal trainer
- Your budget

Don’t worry if you’re not sure about some of these - we will walk you through all these steps in your health consultation! 

Can I use multiple locations as part of my program?

You can use any of our locations as part of teh 10 week program. You will start initially at your preferred location with your primary coach who will do your programming for you, but you are able to see any other coach for a different 1-1 service.

Can I access other services in your Circle of Care during the 10 weeks?

Yes of course, however this is not included in the program. If you need to see one of our Physios or health clinicians, you can speak to the front desk to make an appointment for an additional fee. 

How do the professionals work together on my program? All of the UFIT professionals collaborating on your program will have shared access to your data and insights via the new UFIT coaching app. They will know what your goals are and what strategies are in place to get you there, and they will be speaking to you and each other about your progress, your challenges, and the plan in place to overcome these. This is an incredibly unique and powerful approach that we are confident will get you the results you want. 
Is the ignition program available for group PT?

Unfortunately the Ignition Program is just available for 1-1 clients.
