Meet

Meet a UFIT fitness professional at one of our hubs for a complimentary 45-minute health and fitness consultation. We will set your goals in place using the effective 1-3-5 method, which will leave you feeling motivated to get started.

Plan

Once you've signed up, we'll share your goals, preferences, and health metrics with your assigned coach. You'll then be scheduled for your initial assessments, after which you'll receive a comprehensive report outlining your results and recommended next steps.

Train

Get onboarded onto the UFIT coaching app and start your bespoke PT program with your chosen coach. At the end of your program, you will complete your retesting and receive a review report showcasing your progress.

Is personal training suitable for beginners? Absolutely. Our personal training programs in Singapore are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're completely new to exercise or returning after a break, our team will guide you through a safe and progressive plan tailored to your needs.
Do you provide nutrition guidance with personal training?

Yes, both our Foundation and Ignition Programs incorporate nutrition consultations and active management throughout. Our personal gym trainers work closely with our in-house nutritionists to ensure the personalised nutrition guidance given to you supports your training goals.

Is there a refund policy if I decide to cancel sessions? We understand plans can change. Please speak to our team to find out more about our cancellation and refund policy, including eligibility and applicable terms.
Is personal training suitable for individuals with injuries?

Personal Training is essential for building strength, reducing risk of re-injury and supporting long term health. For recent injuries, we would always recommend seeking support from a physiotherapist. However, for those dealing with an old, chronic injury, or for those who have been cleared to exercise again post injury, personal training is essential for building strength and supporting long-term health.

Our 8-Week Foundation Program is perfect for individuals managing injuries or physical challenges. Whether you're dealing with neck pain or shoulder pain, our team can tailor sessions to suit your current ability.

Are there expiry dates on the personal training packages? Yes, each personal training package comes with a validity period to help you stay consistent and committed. Our team will inform you of the specific duration upon sign-up, and we're happy to discuss flexibility where needed.
Can I choose my personal trainer?

You are matched with your personal gym trainer on the following criteria:

  • Your goals
  • Your preferred training style
  • Your availability
  • Your trainer preference, for example you might prefer a male or female personal trainer
  • Your budget

You can also explore our best personal trainers in Singapore to learn more about their coaching styles and expertise.

What happens if I don't get through all my program sessions in the validity period?

We get it - life is busy! Sometimes it is hard to get through all the sessions in the prescribed time. Don’t worry, you have a couple of options available to you: 

  • Freeze your program: You can freeze your program for up to 4 weeks if you're travelling, unwell, or unable to attend sessions. Just email ptsubscriptions@ufit.com.sg to request a freeze — our team will handle the rest.
  • Roll-over sessions: You may carry over up to 4 sessions if you purchase your next program within 2 weeks before your current one expires. Otherwise, unused sessions will be forfeited.
Can I pay the program in instalments? Yes! We partner with Atome so you can pay for a personal training program in instalments.
Can I use multiple locations as part of my program? You can use any of our gym locations as part of your program. You will start initially at your preferred location with your primary coach who will do your personal training with you, but you are able to see any other coach for a different 1-1 service e.g. Nutrition or Physio at any UFIT location as part of your program.
