Our studio lends itself perfectly to the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries.  It is not a typical fitness gym with mountains of people and equipment.

It is a specialized studio, with an exclusive feel and small groups and individuals training that never number more than a dozen or so individuals at one time. Alongside our highly experienced Trainers, we employ two Physiotherapists and Massage Therapist who will treat injuries and also devise rehabilitation programmes with input from our Trainers.

The Trainers are then able to work alongside the Physiotherapists in offering training programmes which not only keep you fit but also enhance the rehabilitation treatment of your injury. Our use of specialist and versatile equipment, as well as our portable equipment kits afforded to all our members means we can design realistic exercises for you to do with us in the gym, as well as at home in your own time.
