Our Women’s Health Physiotherapist can assess your pelvic floor muscles and rectus abdominis diastasis to determine when you are safe to return to exercise or to commence Pilates with our post-natal Pilates instructor. Pilates is a great way to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles which will reduce back pain and pelvic pain.
