Group Personal Training
Taking part in HYROX doubles? Group personal training is one of the most effective ways to prepare because it mirrors the demands of race day: shared effort, smart pacing, communication and fatigue management. With a UFIT coach guiding your sessions, you can build the strength and engine needed for each station while learning how to work better with your partner. You can also get access to free unlimited classes until the November 2026 race in Singapore, so you can complement your focused sessions. Prices start from $105 per session per person.

1:1 Personal Training
If you want a personalised plan and dedicated coaching, our 12-Week Ignition Program is designed to prepare your body for the full demands of HYROX. Combining expert coaching, structured programming, baseline testing and Circle of Care support, this comprehensive program will help you train with purpose, track measurable progress and arrive on race day ready to perform.
HYROX Performance Screening Tests
Sweat Testing
An exercise-based sweat analysis that measures fluid and sodium loss to help runners and HYROX athletes make smarter hydration decisions. Test modality: treadmill.
Lactate Threshold Testing
A progressive exercise test that identifies your training thresholds and personalised zones, helping you train smarter, pace better and track progress. Test modalities: treadmill & bike.
Advanced Running Consult
A comprehensive, data-driven analysis of your running biomechanics, including gait analysis, pressure mapping, and movement screening to help you improve form, reduce injury risk and run more efficiently.
VO₂ Max Assessment
A VO₂ max assessment that measures your aerobic fitness and training zones to support HYROX performance, endurance and long-term health.

We cater to all fitness levels and abilities, and can also recommend which category may be best for you to enter based on your capabilities. Whether you're entering your first ever race, or you're looking to smash your PB, we're here to support you every step of the way.
We recommend starting your training programme 8 to 12 weeks before your race, though it depends on your baseline fitness and strength. Training with UFIT's experienced HYROX coaches will give you the best possible opportunity to smash your HYROX event.
More than 25 UFIT coaches and clinicians have competed in HYROX races across APAC, with several placing on the podium in their categories and going on to the World Championships. We also have two HYROX Singapore Ambassadors leading classes, Phil Snowden and Phil Stoeppler, who both bring considerable experience. Many UFIT clients have also completed HYROX races, with some placing highly and even going on to the World Championships themselves.
The next AIA HYROX Singapore race is scheduled for 27 to 29 November 2026.
A HYROX race is made up of eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, for eight stations in total. You can find more details on the official HYROX website.
Pricing depends on the option you choose. Group Classes are available through a monthly all-class membership, Group Personal Training is charged per session, and the 12-week Ignition Programme is a comprehensive 1-on-1 personal training package. See the Training Options above for current details.
Yes. Our Foundations classes and 1:1 onboarding are designed with first-timers in mind, so you can build up at a pace that suits you.
Bring your workout gear, a water bottle, and a towel. No special equipment is needed, as UFIT provides the sleds, SkiErg, rower, wall balls, and other kit.
Yes. HYROX-style training builds well-rounded functional fitness, and our classes are open to all members whether or not you plan to race.
No, you don't need a full UFIT membership to join. You can access our HYROX classes through class credits or a class membership, so you can train in a way that suits you.
