FUNdamentals is what 2017 Kids Camps is all about.

UFIT creates a safe and positive sports environment where children can make new friends, whilst developing their physical and sporting abilities.

Each day they will be improving their strength, speed, agility, conditioning and technical sporting skills through a range of different sports at our gym and pitch facilities. We aim to fill each day with FUN and laughter through exciting team games for them to practice their newly learnt skills with their new camp friends.

We’re excited to introduce two Summer holiday camps this July for your children to get involved in. We cater for all fitness levels of children aged between 7-18yrs for both boys and girls. Learn what it takes to become a future sporting champion! All you need to do now is complete pick your camp, complete the registration form and send it to us at

RUGBY Development CAMP

If your child is a rugby nut this is the half term camp for them, where some of Singapore’s top rugby coaches and players will give your child the experience of a week in the life of a professional player.

Fully qualified coaches include:

Frazer McArdell (Singapore RFC head coach & Wanderers RFC head coach)
James Forrester (Ex England and Gloucester RFC)
Will Skinner (Ex England and London Harlequins RFC)
Will Foden (Doncaster Knights, Manly Marlins & Wanderers RFC)

Dan Norton, the England 7’s superstar and Team GB Olympian will be making guest appearances and running coaching clinics during the camp on 17 to 21 July. His presence electrified the kids last year and he will inspire the boys and girls with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the game.

Girls 7’s & Women’s Touch Rugby. Women’s 7’s and touch rugby is increasingly popular in Singapore, so we are introducing specialist classes for girls interested in those fast and skilful branches of rugby.

Our Coaches

Our team of experienced coaches work together to create a well balanced learning environment drawing from their different specialities to enable them to cater to each of our athlete’s individual needs. Your athletes will be receiving a fantastic amount of individual instruction and small group instruction with our highly trained staff.

The UFIT kids camps team of Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, experienced in their sports and are simply chosen to head up the camps for their primary purpose of making your child have the most memorable half term sports experience to date.

What our parents have to say

Josh and Ollie haven’t stopped talking about UFIT since they joined the Youth Academy. They love the variety, the ability to test themselves physically with something new and different, the rugby focus and the element of competition. For me I’m very happy to have them in a safe and positive environment, the UFIT crew are enthusiastic and excellent role models for growing boys (and girls) and I highly recommend the entire experience.

Justo and Maite have been going to UFIT Academy since the beginning. They really love to train with the Academy. Being teenagers their bodies are growing and this kind of training helps a lot with the changes. Our children are very involved in sports activities, and the Academy has helped them to progress beyond any expectation. Their endurance, fitness levels and stamina have improved so much. As parents we can tell that the coaches and the environment makes the experience unique. We are really happy with the whole ‘package’.
