Zoe Parlin

Zoe (@zoemcp1) has always been active in sports as a child, and when she had minor injuries she was interested to find out how one part of the musculoskeletal system could have an impact on another. With that she decided to study Osteopathy and with its core principle that the body works together to overcome injury.

As an osteopath, Zoe understands that every patient is different and unique and she enjoys personalising each treatment plan based on individual needs. She also believes it is crucial for patients to fully understand their condition and treatment plan. Having previously in children’s and pregnancy clinics Zoe is adept at treating pre and post-partum women. On top of that she also has experience working in sports clinics and football and rugby clubs, coupled with her interest in chronic pain she went on to complete her post-graduate diploma specialising in chronic neck and shoulder pain in office workers.

Outside of the clinic, Zoe loves pushing herself to be the best she can be and is a competitive runner. She sees running as therapy and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and beyond.
