Last modified 24.09.21We periodically update the Terms & Conditions. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification.
While we will notify you of any material changes to this Terms & Conditions prior to the changes becoming effective, we encourage you to review this Terms & Conditions periodically.
If you have any questions about this Terms & Conditions or our treatment of the information you provide us, please write to us by email at sports@ufit.com.sg.
NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFER & ADMINISTRATION FEES 25%
Once registration has been confirmed there will be a 25% administration fee for all cancelations. No refunds will be provided for cancelations within 48 hours of the start of the camp.
WET WEATHER POLICY
We do our very best to continue with the tennis camps, rain or shine. We have a detailed Wet Weather program that allows the kids to continue learning the stroke of the day and also have some fun with skill based exercises. In the rare case that it looks like the rain will wash out the entire 3 hours of camp, we may need to cancel and provide a credit for that period.
INCORRECT REGISTRATION
Due to the tight restriction on capacity (4:1) and mixing of groups, we will not be able to accommodate a registration that is made for an incorrect group. As an example, if your child is an Orange Ball player and they are signed up in the Green Ball group (because Orange is full) then it is likely that we will not be able to keep them in that group. So please make sure they are registered correctly, based on age. If the group you prefer is full, please put down your details on the waiting list. (see below)
WAITING LIST
If you miss out on a spot for your child, feel free to put down your details on the Waiting list. There is always a chance we can try to accommodate your child. We will do our best.
COVID PROTOCOL
We are strictly following the protocol set by the MOH. This includes small groups of 4 players per court, NO contact rule, Masks worn when not playing tennis, NO mixing of groups and coaches and sanitizers available on all courts.
