Nicolas
Nicolas discovered his passion for training during university, following his service as an infanteer in National Service. The mental discipline he developed in the army translated seamlessly into the gym, and he has been dedicated to lifting ever since. Outside of training, Nicolas believes that being truly fit means having the strength to be mobile and capable in any environment, free from injury or lack of conditioning.
His focus has evolved from pure aesthetics to purposeful athleticism and full-body control. Nicolas specialises in mind-muscle connection and technical precision, helping clients isolate and control their muscles effectively so they build useful strength while avoiding the compensatory movement patterns that lead to injury.
A session with Nicolas is both exacting and rewarding. Seeing clients achieve genuine mastery over their own body mechanics, is what drives him most. He particularly enjoys working with beginner and intermediate lifters, guiding them toward total physiological command of their training.
“The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.”
