Chris Hodges




Chris Hodges (@hodge_bear) is a personal trainer who has a background in working within elite sport setups as a Strength and Conditioning coach some of which include GB Rowing, England Rugby U20’s, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Exeter Chiefs Academy. 

Chris specialises in strength training and has developed his knowledge and experience in athletic development in both adults and children. 

Being a Level 2 Rugby coach, Chris also takes up coaching at Tanglin Rugby Club on the weekends and looks to improve the skills of younger athletes.
