Aly got into fitness and wellness incidentally. She started using a running app and loved how amazing it feels to be fitter than she used to be, from there she expanded into weights, HIIT, yoga, as well as understanding more about proper nutrition.
Aly's focus is mainly on Hatha with elements of Vinyasa flow yoga. Her classes are suitable for all levels. She believes that as long as one can breathe, one can do yoga, and that there is no such thing as "not flexible enough".
