Introducing Virtual Classes

UFIT was built on its tight-knit community that truly motivates and supports everyone involved. Our group classes have traditionally been face-to-face but with the current situation, it's time to get a bit more creative!

To keep this tradition alive, we have introduced daily virtual classes via the Zoom platform. Here you can join your favourite coaches, for your favorite classes, all without leaving the comfort of your home. 

Enjoy some initial face time with coaches and Ufitters alike before joining our 30-minute sweat sessions, which you can stream straight from your living room.

We have up to 40 virtual classes per week, including BUILD, BURN, Yoga & Pilates. Check out our weekly schedule below!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Download the UFIT app (iOS and Android).
  2. Purchase credits from our UFIT app or online store here.
  3. Find the class you’d like to join on the UFIT app and hit “Sign up”.
  4. You will receive an email with a unique Zoom link 5 minutes before the class is due to start.
  5. Simply click on the link to join the class. 

WHAT will I NEED?

  • Exercise mat (if you have one)
  • Towel
  • Water bottle 
  • Exercise bands (for BUILD class only)

UFIT-BURN

Burn is designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there over the course of the session.

UFIT-BUILD

Build focuses on building strength in all planes of movement, and throughout the entire body.

UFIT-PILATES

Pilates practice can help you to develop a more mindful, strong, and flexible body.

UFIT-HIIT

HIIT is a fully programmed HIIT and Strength Conditioning class. We incorporate mobility, strength work, speed development and conditioning into one class. 

UFIT-YOGA

Yoga gives you a mix of traditional postures to build strength, endurance and flexibility.

UFIT-BURN-RX

BURN RX is a scaled up version of BURN. Specially tailored for those who are looking for a greater challenge and more intensity.

UFIT-POWER

Power is our signature class that involves general body movement, strength, speed, and cardio work -  training the way athletes train. 

UFIT-KICKBOX

Box is a technical conditioning class that provides you with a fun and challenging workout in a safe and supportive environment.

UFIT-STRETCH-_-FLOW

This class aims to provide temporary relief to problem areas to reverse classic desk bound posture such as tight hips, sore lower & upper back.
