JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We periodically update the Terms & Conditions. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification.

While we will notify you of any material changes to this Terms & Conditions prior to the changes becoming effective, we encourage you to review this Terms & Conditions periodically.

FULL TERM REGISTRATIONS

Full term registration is compulsory. except for the new clients joining mid term subject to availability of the spot.

NO TRIAL CLASSES

We do not offer trial classes due to limited occupancy.

WET WEATHER POLICY

In the event of rain, the Program Directors will contact you if the conditions are not playable no later than 40 mins before the start of the session. If the rain starts after 50% of the class duration, full charge will apply. If the rain starts before 50% of the class duration, there will be no charge. In case of wet weather, class will commence if court conditions are playable and it is not raining.

INCORRECT REGISTRATION

Due to the tight restriction on capacity (4:1) and mixing of groups, we will not be able to accommodate a registration that is made for an incorrect group. As an example, if your child is an Orange Ball player and they are signed up in the Green Ball group (because Orange is full) then it is likely that we will not be able to keep them in that group. So please make sure they are registered correctly, based on age. If the group you prefer is full, please join a waiting list.

WAITING LIST

If you miss out on a spot for your child, please join the waiting list. There is always a chance we can try to accommodate your child. We will do our best.

RAIN OUT MAKE UP CLASS

There is a rain out "make up" class added at the end of each Junior Program term. As the classes are very full, we will not be able to accommodate a "make up" for any other reasons including medical leave like flu, sickness or anything that does not result in prolonged absence from tennis activities. For up to two rainouts there is only one make up class. If three or more sessions are cancelled due to rain, we will give a Prorate Code for the following term. 

NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFER & ADMINISTRATION FEES 15%

Term fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once registration has been confirmed there will be a 15% administration fee for all cancelations due to wrong registration or participant pulling out prior to beginning of program. No cancellation upon commencement of the term.

MID TERM CHANGES

No changes can be made once the registration is completed. Example participants registered for Monday Green ball class but later wanted to move to Saturday Green ball will not be possible. Please check your schedule prior to registration.

COVID PROTOCOL

We are strictly following the protocol set by the MOH. This includes small groups of 4 players per court, NO contact rule, Masks worn when not playing tennis, NO mixing of groups and coaches and sanitizers available on all courts.
