Chek’s journey into fitness began in junior college, where he trained and competed as part of the dragon boat team. The experience instilled in him more than just physical strength - it shaped his mindset around discipline, consistency, and resilience. That foundation sparked a lifelong passion for helping others move, perform, and live better.
Chek takes a calm, structured, and intentional approach to coaching. He meets clients where they are and guides them with smart, sustainable programming. Whether it’s building strength, moving pain-free, or returning to sport after injury, Chek believes real results come from consistency, not just intensity.
He specialises in rehabilitation and return-to-sport training, helping individuals recover from setbacks and build stronger, more capable bodies. For Chek, fitness is ultimately about freedom, supporting an active life, hitting personal milestones, and feeling confident every step of the way.
