Rachel
Physiotherapist
Rachel's love for movement started young, shaped by athletics, ballet, and a curiosity across sports that eventually led her to physiotherapy. She wanted to understand how the body performs, and how to keep it doing what it loves, pain-free.
She takes a holistic, empathetic approach, helping clients understand their pain and guiding them back to the activities that matter most to them. Getting to know her clients as whole people isn't just something Rachel enjoys, it's what drives her.
Rachel has a special interest in performers, dancers, and runners, and finds deep meaning in post-operative recovery. Her hands-on expertise includes manual therapy, bone and scar tissue mobilisation, and taping.
"Embrace delayed gratification."
