Joey
Joey’s journey into physiotherapy was driven by a deep interest in how the body moves, adapts, and recovers from injury. She is passionate about helping people restore function, reduce pain, and rebuild confidence through movement.
With a focus on clear communication and education, Joey empowers her clients to take ownership of their recovery. She combines rehab with sustainable habit-building, helping clients not only recover from injury but stay strong, mobile, and pain-free long-term.
Joey has a particular interest in working with geriatric clients, neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, and incorporating Pilates into rehabilitation. Her approach is centred around improving movement quality, supporting long-term health, and helping clients get back to the activities that matter most to them.
"Small steps each day become the foundation for big changes tomorrow."
