Personal Trainer

Dan has been playing sport since he was six years old. He started playing American football when he went to University and through this, he was selected for the Strength and Conditioning pathway.

Dan loves helping his clients achieve their goals, while making sure they enjoy the journey and celebrate all the small wins along the way too. 

As a Strength and Conditioning Level 4 coach, Dan specialises in S&C training with athletes, but also has in-depth knowledge about body recomposition following his recent body-building competitions.
