Ezekiel’s Transformation: From On-and-Off Fitness to a Strong, Sustainable Lifestyle

Ezekiel’s fitness journey wasn’t always straightforward. “I’ve been gaining and losing weight throughout my whole life,” he shares. “It got to a point where it started to be very draining, not just physically, but mentally as well.”

As someone who enjoys recreational tennis, Ezekiel wanted to regain his fitness and improve his speed and agility on the court. That’s when he started training with PT Simon at UFIT.

“We built a camaraderie quite fast. Our sessions are always fun, but at the same time, I know that he is always there to push me and keep me in check.”

Ezekiel quickly noticed the difference. Simon didn’t just focus on workouts, he offered guidance outside of sessions too.

“He follows up with me on how my nutrition is going and gives me extra training plans I can do at home. It’s the little things that make a difference and make me enjoy being part of this community.”

Clear Goals, Impressive Results

Ezekiel’s goals when he joined were clear: shed weight, improve body composition, build muscle, and create a strong foundation of training he could rely on long-term.

The results speak for themselves:

  • Weight: Down almost 20kg since starting

  • Muscle: Added 2kg of lean muscle

  • Body Fat: Dropped from 35% to 15%

Beyond the numbers, Ezekiel’s strength and performance improved dramatically:

  • Squat: 8-rep max doubled from 50kg to 100kg, including a 120kg triple

  • Deadlift: Added 60kg to his lift

  • Bench Press: 10kg added to 10-rep max

  • Pull-Ups: Able to chain together 5 reps for the first time

“Aside from the dramatic physical changes, I’m proud of Ezekiel for consistently showing up, putting in the work, and slowly starting to believe in himself more and more.”

A Lifestyle, Not Just a Routine

Part of Ezekiel’s success came from embracing the full UFIT approach, including nutrition guidance from Kesslyn.

“She didn’t just advise on what food I should take based on my body composition and numbers. She’s always there to answer questions and offer advice. Training became more than just a routine, it became a lifestyle.”

For Ezekiel, the real transformation extends beyond the gym.

“I’ve learned to set boundaries and put myself first. That has been the real change.”

Ezekiel’s journey is a testament to the power of consistent training, expert guidance, and a supportive community. With his new foundation, he’s not just stronger physically, he’s stronger mentally and ready to maintain his fitness for life.
