Zara has always been an active person from a very young age and enjoy running, playing sports and swimming. She has completed several half marathons and in the past played badminton competitively for a few years. Feeling motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle after having twins, Zara followed her heart and qualified as a personal trainer to help others obtain their fitness goals.
Zara’s personal fitness goals are to continuing leading a healthy, active lifestyle and showing her children how important it is to look after our bodies and our minds. Her strengths lie in understanding her clients’ needs and wishes and being able to relate to them, as she has once struggled with her own weight and fitness after the birth of her twins.
She specialises in Boxfit and Kettlebell training and finds joy in helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and keeping them motivated, on top of developing a strong connection with them and being part of their fitness journeys. Her biggest inspiration are her kids and on a lighter note she can touch her nose with her tongue.
