UFIT Yoga gives you a mix of traditional postures to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. The classes are perfect to balance out your weekly training and get a well-deserved stretch while conditioning your body and mind at the same time.
An invigorating full-body yoga flow class where you will move through challenging postures and connect to your breath. Classes will allow you to relax, de-stress and clear your mind.
All Yoga sessions are held in the beautiful Botanic Gardens!
Yoga classes usually run on Thursday and Friday mornings at 7:30-8:30, but please check our schedule here to confirm!
All you need to bring is a towel and plenty of water! Our coaches will provide all the equipment.
All classes will be run by UFIT Coach, Aly Rauff, who has nearly a decade's worth of yoga experience!
