We have introduced daily Virtual Classes via the Zoom platform. Here you can join your favourite coaches, for your favorite classes, all without leaving the comfort of your own home.
Enjoy some initial face time with coaches and Ufitters alike before joining our 30-60 minute sweat sessions, which you can stream straight from your living room. We have up to 15 virtual classes per week, including BUILD, BURN, Yoga & Pilates. Check out our weekly schedule below!
Burn is designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there over the course of the session.
Build focuses on building strength in all planes of movement, and throughout the entire body.
Pilates practice can help you to develop a more mindful, strong, and flexible body.
Yoga gives you a mix of traditional postures to build strength, endurance and flexibility.
This class aims to provide temporary relief to problem areas to reverse classic desk bound posture such as tight hips, sore lower & upper back.
