Rebecca Dickson



Rebecca’s interest lies in women’s related fitness (including pre- and postnatal); running; High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); and plyometrics.

She graduated from Oxford Brookes University, UK with a BSc. (Hons) 2:1 in Hotel & Catering Management.

Rebecca’s passion lies in working with both body transformation clients as well as women looking to achieve their health, fitness and nutrition goals. Being a mother of 2 children herself, she has a keen interest in working with women, whether they are relatively new to fitness; looking for exercise advice during pregnancy and wanting to return to exercise post-pregnancy; or those wanting to take their training to the next level and get stronger and fitter.

Dipti Mistry is a UK trained Sports Therapist and an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) trained Mat instructor.

She specialises in sports injuries, from assessment to full rehabilitation while incorporating the Pilates principles into her programs. She believes in the importance of encouraging energy efficient movement patterns and postural/body awareness which reduces the risk of further injuries. Through Pilates she has developed a deeper understanding of chronic over-use problems and postural/muscular imbalances that are often related to lower back pain, shoulder and neck issues. As well as clinical practice, she has also worked alongside professional and amateur teams in football, field hockey, rugby, tennis and athletics in London and Singapore.

Noa Harari



Noa has been practicing as a Clinical Nutritionist for the last ten years. Her specialties include weight loss, Celiac disease, digestive system problems and metabolic diseases.

Noa understands that no human being resembles another.  She believes that each one of us is created differently and has different needs. She recognises that the best way to get long term results is by creating a personalised program for each individual client. Noa focuses on providing the right moral support for all her clients, combined with a customised nutritional program. Through this, Noa assists her clients to change their lives for the best – improving their health, energy levels, sleep, and overall wellbeing. 

Physical exercise has always been an important part of Noa’s life. Noa is excited to have the opportunity to work within the UFIT community – a community that understands the importance of being active and working as a team to assist all clients to live a healthier life.
