With over 14 years experience in professional sport both on the playing and commercial side, Will has been brought in to help drive UFIT's growth and performance.

After leaving school at eighteen Will joined Leicester Tigers where he played professional rugby for four years, as well as representing both England 7s and the Barbarians. Will then moved to Harlequins Rugby Club where he was based for a further ten years. After one year at Harlequins, Will, at twenty-three became the youngest ever captain in the Premiership and went on to captain the club and England 'A' for a further three seasons. Unfortunately Will suffered a career ending neck injury whilst playing for Harlequins in 2013, but after having studied for a degree in Business with the Open University and undertaking a number of internships during his time in rugby he decided to make the transition into the commercial side of the club . Will became Harlequins Head of Sales and Business Development in 2014 where he grew his role and team before leaving for Singapore in 2016.

Will headed all commercial and brand activities within UFIT,  and as one of the top decision makers, Will oversaw the expansion of the company that resulted in a 25% growth of the business since his time here.

Will takes over the role of CEO from founder James Forrester from 1 May 2018. You can reach him at  will@ufit.com.sg
