“I have always enjoyed being active since an early age, playing sports and going to the gym. While I was completing my Bachelor’s in Economics, I was inspired to become a Personal Trainer as well as entering into my first natural bodybuilding physique contest. During this time I discovered my love for fitness and became even more passionate to help others on their fitness journey.

My personal fitness goal is in achieving my full potential in natural bodybuilding and powerlifting, staying injury-free and being able to move well. To me, being fit and healthy means having a good relationship with food, maintaining a consistency and balance in training, and making health and fitness a part of my lifestyle.

My strength as a trainer is in showing my clients a sustainable, evidence-based approach to training, providing a flexibility in their nutrition, and build training around their lifestyle. I find it incredibly rewarding to be in the position to help my clients achieve their goals, whether be it in improving their body composition, rehabilitation from an injury, building confidence, or living a healthier lifestyle. I love witnessing the wins, no matter how small.”
