The Studio will deliver world-class private group fitness training to corporations, organisations, and teams as well as a limited number of personal training sessions for individuals.

With small group sizes and classes for all abilities you can be assured of personal attention and a great training experience. Located in a convenient urban oasis, our light-filled space is just steps away from the Savitar Tennis Center and the Willow Stream Spa.

Private Group Training: Have you ever wanted to exercise with just your friends and have an entire gym space just to yourselves? Well, get excited because now you can! Get up to five of your friends, colleagues, or clients, book a 60-min time slot at the Studio, and we'll handle the rest. Workouts are conducted by one of our very best PTs, customized to your needs and goals.

Sport-Specific Group Training

Sport-specific private group training blends selected exercises to create a bespoke program for your group's chosen sport. Training may relate to speed, agility, power, endurance, balance, and recovery as required to enhance performance and prevent injury. Enjoy the private training sessions tailored to suit your level and the athletic needs of the sport that you play.

 

Private Personal Training

Personal Training: our team of highly-qualified personal trainers are ready to guide you on your health and fitness journey to reach your goals and achieve noticeable results. With specialists in strength training, weight loss, elite sports performance, pre/ post-natal, and injury rehabilitation, we will find the right personal trainer for you.

BURN classes are great cardio workouts suitable for all fitness levels. If you’re looking to get stronger, fitter and improve your mobility, then this is the class for you! Expect strength training, plyometrics, AMRAP workouts, and more. Classes are running on Saturday mornings and on Tuesdays at 6:30pm at the Fairmont Studio.

Tennis Build aims to increase your power, speed, and endurance, while improving your agility around the court. The class will be specifically designed for tennis players, with exercises and movements all translating to on-field play, taking your game to the next level all while developing a greater resilience to injury. Classes are running on Thursdays at 6:30pm at the Fairmont Studio.

The Sports For Life program teaches children the benefits of a healthy mind and body through a series of customised exercises and builds a base of skills that are critical to future development. The program is a specific pathway for kids' health and fitness, based on their age group, athletic ability, and personal goals.
