Robbie MacGregor (@rmacgregs) is a personal trainer who graduated university with an MEc in Economics and spent years in the financial industry, but eventually decided to change career to one that he is more passionate about. Robbie has also played rugby to a high level representing Scotland U18 and U19.
Robbie specialises in strength and conditioning but also has a keen interest in Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility Work and Athletic Performance.
With a large volume of experience, Robbie can assist any client in achieving a variety of fitness goals, whether it is fat loss, gaining muscle, staying fit and healthy or simply being less stiff after long hours at the desk.
