Robbie is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience playing top level rugby. He is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a keen interest in Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility Work and Athletic Performance.
After years of working in the finance industry, he switched careers to work in an environment he is passionate about.
