Rob Morledge (@robmorledge) is a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach who graduated from the University of Chichester, UK with a BSc in Sports Science and Coaching and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning specialising in Sports Performance from Coventry University. Rob has had experience in working as a strength and conditioning coach at West Bromwich Albion FC, Leicestershire County Cricket Club and Coventry FC Academy.

As a coach, Rob’s goal is always to implement fun but challenging programs and set achievable goals for his clients. With his extensive experience within the industry and relevant research, he utilises monitoring tools commonly used in elite sports to identify weaknesses and strengths before developing a customised training program.

Away from the gym, Rob used to perform Tom Jones’ ‘Sex Bomb’ when he was a holiday rep for TUI in Corfu, Greece, and his biggest fear is any insects with a large body.
