ABOUT ME

After completing my bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Coaching, and my Masters in Strength and Conditioning (specialising in Sports Performance) in the UK, I joined West Bromwich Albion FC as their S&C coach supporting the academy which ranged from the U9’s to the U23’s. Additionally, I also provided support to other elite outfits including the Leicestershire County Cricket Club and Coventry FC Academy.

Aside from my extensive work within the elite competitive sports scene, I also enjoyed working with numerous strength and CrossFit gyms, providing individualised training programs for a diverse group of clients over the last 5 years.

My goal is always to implement fun but challenging programs and set achievable goals for my clients. With my extensive experience within the field and relevant research, I utilise monitoring tools commonly used in elite sport to identify weaknesses and strengths before developing a customized training program. I enjoy witnessing the positive effect of improved movement and well-being that translates into an overall better quality of life.
