I started bodybuilding when I was 15 years old. I was deeply inspired by the bodybuilders from the "golden era" of the sport, and motivated me to lead this lifestyle myself. When I was younger, my main focus was to get strong and build muscles. But now as I am older, health is key. Being able to be fit and mobile enough to pursue my interests even as I get older means a lot to me than looking good aesthetically.
Everyone is built differently, with distinct strengths and limitations. My strength as a personal trainer lies in being able to recognize each individual’s unique abilities, and build a training program that produces the best results they want.
The friendships that I’ve built with my clients throughout the years is one thing I love most about my job. Some of my clients had came to me with injuries and ligament issues. With careful programming and monitoring of their progress, I’ve helped them rebuild their strength and perform exercises in the gym that they never thought they could due to their injuries. This is what gives me the most satisfaction.
